Skate Australia has announced a partnership with sports management provider revolutioniseSPORT to roll out a whole-of-sport solution.

The platform will allow the peak body for skate sport in Australia to utilise a fully-integrated membership, events and e-commerce system, allowing them to manage registrations and payments online.

Skate Australia Chief Executive Dallas Eastley is excited about the partnership, seeing that the platform will help streamline the sport across the country.

Eastley explained "we're keen to move forward with a nationally integrated system.

"It means that Skate Australia and our member organisations will be better aligned for the future.

"We will also have the capability to capture more memberships, with a focus particularly on those who participate in our sport socially."

revolutioniseSPORT Managing Director Alex Mednis agrees, explaining "the ability for a sport to gather data nationally, plan for long term growth and development, and run useful analytics on that data is critical to its success.

"We're excited to be working with Skate Australia and all the disciplines within."

Skate Australia covers the seven disciplines of Inline Hockey, Artistic Skating, Speed Skating, Roller Hockey, Roller Derby, Skateboarding and Rolling (Aggressive Inline).

revolutioniseSPORT is the emerging market leader in online club management in Australia. The platform supports both grassroots clubs and peak sporting bodies, and currently supports 30 governing bodies in Australia.
