Another great day of closely matched teams racing. Westernport Yacht Club took out Division A and C with Somers Yacht Club winning the trophy for Division B

We must all do our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19, in turn allowing us to participate in the sailing and boating activities that we are lucky enough to enjoy.
Return to Sailing
We are planning to commence competition sailing at Westernport on Sunday 15th November with races 1,2,3 of the Spring Series.
Friday Nights to return
We are planning on resuming our Friday night drinks on Friday 6th November 6.00pm - 8.00pm. Please come and join us and catch with friends you may not have seen all year.
This year's AGM will be held at 4pm on Saturday 30th May. Details, nomination, proxy forms and instructions as to how to attend (virtually) can be found here.
Last weekend saw the running of the inaugural Montalto Masters on Western Port Regatta.
It proved to be a great success upon which we are excited to build for coming years.
Last Sunday we held the opening of our sailing season. This was well attended by members and guests. Alistair Murray, Vice-President of Australian Sailing and CEO of Ronston Australia opened our season by giving an entertaining speech naming several members past and present with which he has an association.
Thank you to the 30 people who helped out at last Sunday's working bee. We achieved a lot and the club looks great in readiness for the upcoming season.
Jessica Watson OAM, Young Australian of the Year, AG Young Adventurer of the Year, Youth Ambassador for The United Nations World Food Programme, is our guest presenter at the Montalto Masters Dinner on Saturday October 19. Get in quick before tickets sell out!
