OHAHC Women Premiers in 2024 winter season!!

Our Women's Metro 1 South team defeated Croydon Ranges 3-0 to regain their premiership title of 2019! A well-deserved result for a strong season, finishing with all 15 regular players playing in the Grand Final! Scored early. Continued hard work to score from a goal-mouth scramble and finally in the third quarter the third goal from a nice penalty corner deflected hit. A lot of defending in the fourth quarter, some close to the goal, but withstood the pressure! Great winning effort by all!!

OHAHC Grand Final (yay!) -- Sat. 14 Sept. 2024

Well done to the women's team in Metro 1 South division! Defeated the top team Mentone 2-1 in the Qualifying semi-final, with an excellent team game, and so through to the Grand Final match! Now set for the big showdown against Croydon Ranges -- honours shared 1 each for their matches during the regular season, with the narrowest 1-0 result each time. So let's get ready for a big match and provide the ladies with lots of support on the sidelines ... Go Bloods!!!

OHAHC Qualifying final -- August 31, 2024

Our women's team finished the regular season second on the ladder -- a fabulous result! Therefore they are playing the top team, Mentone, in the qualifying final -- the winner is through to the Grand Final in two weeks' time. Go girls! Round 18 results: a 5-0 forfeit win for the women v. Knox, and the men played well to go down to the top team 0-2 -- just missing some shots on goal! A fine season for the men, finishing a solid eighth of ten teams, but competitive with the whole ladder!

OHAHC round 18 -- 2024, August 24
