The 2019 World Championships in Pattaya, Thailand is now wrapped up and we would like to welcome home all of our club members who were part of the journey that is Aurora's. We had a number of club members representing Australia at the biggest ever World Champs with over 4000 competitors from around the globe. The Australian team consisted of 291 athletes, coaches, and managers and fielded teams across all age divisions and distances. Overall, Australia finished 4th in the standard boats and 2nd in small boats. Thailand took out the title as number 1 in the world across both standard and small boat racing. Congratulations to our host country and to all our Zodiac members on a successful campaign. The 2021 world championships will be held in Hong Kong. If you'd like to represent your country and perhaps stand on the podium to hear your national anthem let us know! It's a fantastic journey and very achievable with some personal commitment and team spirit.
