The 2024 Region Cross-Country Carnivals are an Individual Cross-Country event that also serves as a qualifying event for the 2024 State Cross-Country Championships held at Bundoora Park, Bundoora.

Although it is an Individual event, there is a Teams element. The Teams event will be conducted concurrently with the Individual event and is based on the results of the first 3 athletes from each Centre across the line.

In order to participate at the State Championships, the entrant must have ‘Competed and completed’ the relevant event at the Region Cross-Country Carnival.

Athletes in the U9-U17 age groups only can enter into the Region Cross-Country Carnivals. Athletes must be registered financial competitive member to register and compete.
