On our top flood is our gym, an area to do machine workouts and cardio. On the ground floor is our wrestling mat as well as our high performance weight lifting area. With big screen televisions and music, the atmosphere will have you motivated to push yourself to the next level. We will also soon have built in showers to refresh yourself after a heavy workout.
