Swimming:

Players are required to be swimming at least once a week with a swim club. If you aren’t already aligned with a club, the YMCA runs a water polo swim squad at the Clarence Pool on Monday to Thursdays (6-7pm for juniors and 6.30-7.30pm for seniors). Contact Clarence Pool for more information. Players will also be required to attend all team training sessions. Session dates and times are to be advised but currently held at Clarence Pool on Sunday nights for the relevant age groups.
