Our adult group sessions are aimed at participants that have completed the WSC sailing 'taster', 'basic skills', Australian Sailing Start Sailing 1 & 2 or our club racers.

The sessions run weekly through the year, similar to a school term and run as a flexible course with a pay as you go option.

Its a great way to keep interested in sailing and build on your skills whilst being under an instructors care.

Single session pass

• Members $50
• Non Members $55

or book a full term session discount pass - book for all 8 weeks and only pay for 6.

• Members $300
• Non Members $330

In order to receive your Better Sailing certificate you must complete 12 Hours in total and achieve the Better Sailing skill requirements

Course Overview

This course focuses on sailing in stronger winds and introducing extra equipment like spinnaker and trapeze to leverage the full boat potential on the water.

Course Prerequisites

Water confident, and you should have the skills, knowledge and experience gained from the Start Sailing 2 course.

Who should do this course?

This course is designed for participants who wish to continue developing their sailing skills in dinghies. 

Course Outcome

You will gain your Better Sailing completion certificate.
