Welcome to the Silver Salties Woopi Chair Aerobics program! This program is part of Surf Life Saving Australia's Silver Salties initiative, supported by State Centres and funded by Sport Australia through the Move It - Better Ageing Grant. Silver Salties is a physical activity and social connections initiative for older Australians, but all ages are welcome!

The Silver Salties Woopi Chair Aerobics program is all about enjoyment, fitness and social interaction with like-minded people in a safe and welcoming environment. Led by Program Leader and Woolgoolga SLSC member Colin Morley, all abilites are welcome and you can stay for a cuppa in the clubhouse at the conclusion of the session.  

There is no fee to be involved, and participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle. All COVID-19 precautions are also in place i.e. stay at home if unwell, social distancing, good hand hygiene, coughing/sneezing etiquette etc. 

The Silver Salties Woopi Chair Aerobics program will Commence on December 9 and run until February 12 every Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 10am. Participants are welcome to attend as often as they can!

4. Register on the day when you attend your first session.
