Silver Salties will require an extra 2 team members to attend this function on 2/11/22 which runs from 9 am to 4 pm . I will attend the function.

Duties will be to organise event attendees to their seats, explain where the fire escape and toilets are, what to do if feeling unwell (downstairs first aid room) organise to make water available and the air conditioning is on.

At 10.30 distribute popcorn & fruit platters to the attendees.

The attendees will organsie their own lunch at local cafes.

Meeting concludes at 4 pm
