REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN - 2024/25 JUNIORS & LADIES SEASON
Welcome to all returning members to Woodlands Wolves Softball club. Registrations for all current members are now open and then from August 7th for new members to the club.
FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS: -
· $250.00 Juniors U16's and U14's (min age for U14's is Year 5/11 years old)
· $350.00 Juniors (Under 16's only) playing both Juniors and Ladies Seniors full time
· $295.00 Ladies Seniors
Included in these fees are the softball Australia Capitation fees (covering insurance and association fees) which is required to be paid to Softball Australia as part of the registration process. This is paid once a year and covers you if you play the 2025 winter season competitions. The fee also includes the purchase of new equipment, training ground fees and club associated fees.
2024/25 Capitation fees are: Seniors - $56.05 and Juniors - $30.48
DETAILS FOR EACH DIVISION:-
· U14’s – games are played on Friday nights at 5pm. Training day TBC
· U16’s – games are played on Saturday mornings, generally 10.30am. Training day TBC
· Ladies Seniors – games are played Saturday afternoons 1pm/3pm/5pm with mid week games (nights to be confirmed by PSL). Training day and time TBC
IMPORTANT NOTES:
· Click on the "RETURNING MEMBER" tab at the bottom of this email or if you are new click on "NEW MEMBER" to start the process
· Your Softball ID is important, you must register with it if you are a returning player - please let me know if you require your softball ID number
· There is also a "Capitation Fee" (as mentioned above) imposed by Softball Australia, to cover insurances etc. This will be added to your registration fee when you sign up.
· Do you require a clearance or permit? If you wish to change clubs you will need to complete the clearance. A clearance will change the club that is noted as your home club. If you wish to get a clearance, then register by clicking on "Returning Member" and follow the instrcutions.
· If you do NOT wish to change clubs, but wish to play for a different club in addition to your Home Club then you require a permit not a Clearance. To obtain the permit you must register for your home club first then come back to register with your permit club by clicking on "Returning Member" below and follow the instructions. If you are asked for a CLEARANCE and you want a PERMIT it means you have not yet renewed with your home club in the current season.
· There is a charge/transaction fee of 2.0% + $1.60 AUD - This is not a Woodlands Wolves Fee.
· Woodlands Wolves Softball Club is registered as a Kidsport Club, if you meet the requirements you can apply for Kidsport funding. For more information go to
