Hi Woodlands Wolves Players, Members and Parents,

This is notification that the Woodlands Wolves Ball Club AGM will be held at Teakwood Oval Clubrooms on Thursday, 24th June from 8.00 pm.  This is a compulsory event for all 2021 mens players, and we encourage maximum attendance, especially from our Coaches, Managers, Womens members, and those junior parents who want to participate and/or input to the direction of WW over the next 12 months.  

The AGM agenda will be:

1. Tabling of minutes of previous AGM

2. President's report (GH)

3. VP - Womens Report  (ST)

4. VP - Juniors Report (DR)

5. Treasurers report (GO)

6. Nomination and election of committee members (DD)

7. Future Plans

8. Any other general business

All committee positions will become vacant and can be nominated for. We are actively seeking a new Treasurer as the incumbent will not be nominating.   In particular we are looking for a new Club Treasurer, Digital Platform and Social Media lead, so we can move the club into the 21st century.  I also want to thank Greg Odgers for undertaking this role and continuing it since the inception of the club and look forward to his final report at the AGM.

All club-level positions other than the VP, Womens, along with ALL mens operating committee positions will be vacated - please send your nominations for the positions to our Club Secretary, David Drinkwater at:  drinkwad29@gmail.com
