CREWING VISITOR Information
Wynnum Manly Sailing Club welcomes people who are new to sailing, or just want to get out for a sail.
Crew Visitors must be able to participate with other crew members and follow instructions.
We have a regular Sunday Afternoon Go Sailing (SAGS) race where we can usually accommodate visitors to the club and casual crew members.
We really need to have advance notice of people wanting to sail. If you would like to crew this coming Sunday,
please go to SAILPASS and follow the steps to make prepayment.
NOTE: You have to record your Aust Sailing Number and re-use this number for each Sunday Sail Pass you purchase.
Sailpass may count as a credit against WMSC Membership once you join our Club.

Then, please check the weather forecast - if there is a strong wind warning for Moreton Bay (over 25 knots), there will not be a race.
If the race is cancelled, Sailpass will be held in credit til next time you crew.
You will need to be at the WMYC Patio (that's at 542 Royal Esplanade Manly) by 11:30 on the Sunday.
Bring your lunch, drinking water, and maybe a change of clothes.
If we find you a boat, and we usually do, we will also ask you to register for the AS SailPass at a cost of $10 per day.
Pre-registering makes it easier to find you a crew position.
