Gangway is a series of interactive sessions that creates a pathway to build skills and experience among women who crew or skipper. We welcome women from all sailing backgrounds and experiences to learn and share knowledge among each other.

Our upcoming session will be on spinnaker packing. Packing a kite (symmetrical or asymmetrical) is an essential skill for both crew and skipper. The quicker you are the better it is. We will subdivide in small groups and make sure that everyone gets a go at it. There are many ways to packing a kite, so there will be much to share knowledge on with each other!

During registration you will be  asked to rate your confidence in kite packing. This will  allow us to group participants and make best use of peer to peer learning.
