Every Friday morning at 10:00am the Silver Salties go for a swim at the Williamstown Beach - the Lifesaving club is the meeting point. There is no expectation on peoples swimming ability, play in the shallows, swim to Noleen, or if you are energic swim to Eileen. Sometimes we jump in at the Crystal to look for seahorses.

We always have trained lifesavers with us when we enter the water, but we also run refresher courses in basic 1st Aid, CPR and Meet a Lifeguard - this is done under the guidance of Life Saving Victoria.

Everyone is welcome to join in and have fun with an awesome group of people.
