Anyone wishing to nominate for an office bearers position must notify the Secretary via email at admin@westsillawarrahockey.com.au by Tuesday the 13th February 2018.

Anyone unable to attend who wish to have a member act as a proxy for them at the meeting must complete the WIHC AGM Proxy form below.
