Some things to be aware of...

 

The Winter series fees are different to summer.

Members - $13 per individual/team or $30 per family

Non Members - $18 per individual/team or $45 per family

For most of the winter series, we use the Sport Ident timing system. If you are using your own SI and you enter your SI number when you register, then give yourself a discount on the entry fee of $3 for an individual, $5 for a family ( which equates to an event fee for an individual member of $10 , for a member family it will be $25, for a non member individual $15, for a non member family $40)

Team rules are the same as summer with a maximum of 2 adults per team entry fee, but we are happy for larger groups to run together. Either enter extra teams or just increase your entry fee payment and ask for extra maps.

 

A big ask -

WHO has a new bank account number 03-0498-0118400-000

and it is under the name "Whangarei Orienteering Club"

Please update your banking ap and when making a bank payment please try to follow this rule “event name" is the reference and " your surname" is the particulars

Paying and registering online helps make the club admin a lot easier. It helps us know how many maps to print, it gives us time to load the Olynx software with participant details and it makes reconciling event fee payments easier.

Please whenever possible register by Friday night at the latest
