Adult Learn to Sail program in dinghies.  Whitsunday Sailing Club has a fleet of RS Quests which are used to provide an introduction to sailing for adults - 14 years and upwards.  The program runs over 7 weeks from 11 October - 29 November (excluding 8 November)

The program is conducted in dinghies to give participants the best overview of the art of sailing.  Participants can expect to get wet while sailing, and will definitely do so as capsize and recovery is part of the course.

Participants will need suitable footware and a change of clothes plus the usual hat, sunscreen and water.  Cost is $200.00 for the 7 week course.

Who should do this course?

This course is designed for participants who wish to begin sailing in a dinghy. All the equipment and gear will be provided by your accredited Discover Sailing Centre.

Course Outcome

You will gain your Start Sailing 1 And Start Sailing 2 completion certificate.
