Course information
Have you ever wanted to learn to sail? Come on down to Whitsunday Sailing Club on 26th Jan to see what it is all about. There are opportunities to go for a short sail with an experienced sailor, or sit back and watch the sailpast and blessing of the fleet (weather permitting). Bring a change of clothes, as you may get wet, and make sure you are wearing suitable shoes (not thongs). We will have a sausage sizzle going as well as an opportunity to see the club's facilities. Suitable for ages 7 to 80.
Please register before the event to be in the draw to win a dinner for two at 20 degrees South bar and restaurant. The winner will be drawn at 1:30pm on 26th January as part of the sailpast ceremony. Winning ticket holder must be present to win,

This is the perfect 'taster' for anyone who wants to discover sailing for the first time. This is the perfect introduction and can be the ideal way for you to begin your sailing journey, without having to commit to a full training course.
Course Outcome
Following the course, you will receive a completion certificate.
