Softball Australia is proud to release the five-year Strategic Plan for our sport, focusing on our shared vision for inclusion, fun, excellence and growth in Australia’s competitive sporting landscape.

The key priorities for the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan are:

Promote: To grow participation and audiences and develop new revenue streams to build the long-term sustainability of softball in our region.

Play: To make it fun and easier to participate on and off the diamond.

People: To develop capability and skills so that everybody in our Softball community can reach their potential.

Perform: To develop world class athletes and systems for sustained success on the global stage.

The Softball Australia Values are:

Unified: Our people and systems work together to participate and perform. We’re accessible. We’re collaborative. We’re inclusive.

Respect: Honesty, integrity and fairness guide the way we play, coach and win.

Creative and brave: We are ambitious and embrace new ideas and experiments. We aim to put a ball and glove in everybody’s reach.
