Selecting a Membership Type
A member holds a single membership type at any one time during the season and can be upgraded or downgraded between different membership types when required. E.g. Local Competition membership upgraded to Local Competition & Strikers.
Players register based on their age and the type of competitions they want to play in. Those who register as juniors can play in senior competitions and will be covered by Hockey Victoria's insurance.
Example: If you only want to play in the local competition (Aztecs, Drouids, Gulls, or Warriors), you will need to select a WGHA Local Competition registration. If you also plan to umpire, you will need the same registration that includes the Officials Reg.
Those who wish to play for Strikers will need the WGHA Strikers registration. This includes Strikers and all local competitions.
Members can upgrade their registration and pay the difference at a later date if they choose.
