Club History

The WTSC has been playing on the diamond since 1949. Each generation of players and administrators has acted as custodians of the club. Our history shows that West Torrens has always set high standards both on and off the diamond, making it one of the most successful softball organisations in South Australia. As our 1975 Club President Janice Field said "To new members joining our club which we consider to be the best in the association, a special welcome and hope you find satisfaction not only in playing, but also in the many friendships you make."

Many wonderful people from both the past and the present have contributed to the success of our club. There are many tasks to be done at a successful club and we ask for your continued support to make this another great year both on and off the diamond.
