Notice is hereby given that the 116th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Wests Track and Field Athletics Club Inc. to be held on Sunday, the 13th of September 2020 at 10:00 AM at ASICS WESTS Club House “The Don Brodie Athletic Centre” – Wyatt Park, Auburn.

We are always looking for volunteers to help our club benefit members, year on year.
All members, parents and interested friends, are invited to attend.

We have many trophies and awards to hand out, so make sure you are there!

Government restrictions are in place for these events. We can assure you we do have a COVID safe plan in place and before you can attend we will require you to fill in the RSVP form, by clicking on the RSVP now button below.

AGENDA

1. The confirmation of the minutes of the 115th Annual General Meeting.
2. The presentation of the 116th Annual Report.
3. The election of the Office-Bearers for the 2020 - 2021 season, as set out in Rule 12.
4. Presentation of the 2019 - 2020 Awards.
5. General business of which notice is to be given to the General Secretary one week prior to 13 September, 2020.
6. The Club will be supplying refreshments.

Parking is available at the venue.
