DRAFT TIMETABLE

12:30pm - Men and Women U12, U14, U16, 70+ & 80+

1:45pm - Men's U18, U20, Open, 30+

2:45pm - Women's U18, U20, Open, 30+  |  Men and Women 40+, 50+, 60+

EVENT DISTANCES AND AGE GROUPS

• 4x2km: U12, U14, U16, 70-79 & 80+
• 4x4km: U18, U20, Open, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69
• People competing as individuals must compete in their age group's distance, running with the first leg runners.

All age groups are run by Athletics NSW Age Group Determination dates, meaning that the age the athlete turns by 31 December 2021, is the "under" age group they fall into, including all Masters age groups. E.g. an athlete turning 12 or turning 13 years old in 2021, will be running in the U14 age group.
