If you require assistance with the FindMyShift roster system, including forgotten username (should be your e-mail address), contact James Cooper ( rearcommodore@westernport.org.au ) or Adam Smith ( info@westernport.org.au )
Once you log in to FindMyShift, you can make it easier to find duty slots to be filled by clicking on Options and choosing Days to Display: Days with Shifts
Once you have found a duty slot you would be happy to fill, point to the slot with your mouse, RIGHT-click on then select Request > Shift and your name will be inserted in the slot and a notification sent to the administrator.
Note that the system will send you automated reminders by e-mail and/or SMS so you don't miss your shift. It is highly recommended that you configure your reminder preferences. Once you log in, click on your name in the top right corner and select 'contact preferences' from the drop down menu. From there you can select Email and Text Upcoming Shift reminders and by clicking on options you can choose how many days in advance you would like the reminder to come and what time of day you would like to receive it.
For a regular race day (with race starting at 1.30), the Duty Officer is expected to be on site from 11.30am to approximately 6pm.
