Last Saturday the grassed rigging area was enlarged by about 50% by laying 112 square metres of couch turf. It certainly improved the appearance of our yard area. I wish to thank the following who were happy to get down on their knees to lay the grass: Ron Anderson, Brendan & Judy Corcoran, Bruce, Marg, Glen and Asha Douglas, Lyn Dugay, Will Palmer & Andrew Stevens. Thanks also to Moira Hill for morning tea.

There were 9 rolls of grass left-over , so on Sunday Kristian Willand came and laid them in that untidy strip between the fence and the basketball area.

Special thanks to young Kai Smith who dragged the roller up and down over the new grass area before taking his Opti down to join in the sailing.
