The light winds on Easter Sunday meant avoiding the holes and getting to the wind shifts first was imperative. Inevitably the course was shortened with the cats just completing the one visit to the buoy off Point Leo.
In Division 1 it was Will Fleming and Vincent Cross (corrected time 145.4) narrowly beating Steve and Theodora Cross (146.1) with Adam & Chloe Smith third (148.8). Following them was Martin Corcoran (153.3), Toby Cross & James Fleming (160.2), Kris Willand & Lynn Dugay (160.3), Rod Mckechnie (161.8) and Jethro Cross & Annie (182.2).
In Division 2 & 3, Melanie Attard & Tracey Swadling came out in front (corrected time 80.5), with the Steven Hall skippered Corsair from Lakeside second (83.3), Bryan Hill third (93.5) and Andrew Stevens in a Pacer fourth (95.9)
The Optis put on an extraordinarily close race with Hugo Vandame taking the honours (1:43:08) from Hamish Gilsenan (1:44:13), Scarlet Zerbe (1:44:37), Daniel Laverty (1:44:38), Jack Italia (1:50:06), Lucy Laverty (1:50:20) and Leigh Harvie (1:55:36)
