The Point to Point classic took sailors from a Le Mans start on a course that took them to Pt Leo in the west and, for the faster boats, the Somers Water Tower in the east.  Southerly winds of 10-15 knots made for an excellent sail.  A dozen boats entered the race.

3. Taipan Sloop - Infinity & Beyond - Andrew Hill, Nicholas Jurovic - 2:25:47

4. Taipan Cat - AUS345 - Martin Corcoran - 2:26:01

5. Nacra 5.8 - 1332 - Steve Cross, Theodora Cross -  2:28:55

6. Hobie 16 - Double Trouble - Robert Pease, Luke Pease - 2:40:38

DNF. Hobie 16 - BlackJack - Adam H Smith, Joerris Noll (missed the Somers water tower buoy and went on cruise to Sandy Point!)

Division 2:

1. Contender - Times Like These - Simon Spalding - 1:39:32

2. Nacra 4 - 528 - 1:50:34

Division 3:

1. Sabre - Barney - Bryan Hill - 1:33:07

2. Sabre - Daphne - Anthony Cook - 1:33:09

Kai Smith had a good crack at the course in the little O'pen BIC but didn't manage to complete it before the swells got the better of him.
