We had 30 Sport and Trailable boats travel to beautiful Lake Victoria in East Gippsland for some State Championships action.  The wind varied throughout the weekend from nothing registering to more than 20 knots and sometimes swinging around 360 degrees within a short period to time.  Six races were completed in the series, three of them shortened, with Divisions 1 and 2 experiencing the U flag in two races following some rather cheeky start line maneuvering.  A number of boats in Division 3 did not finish some races due to time expiring but everyone reported having had a lot of fun regardless.  Rumours of UY sail number 40 being protested against in race four are yet to be confirmed!
