The WHM Gala Day 2024 will be held on Saturday 7^th December from 11:00am to 5:00pm. Games will include:

• Men Hips v Knees – the Bionic Cup
• Men Cancers v Hearts – the Survivors Cup
• Men Over 80's – the OBE Challenge Cup
• Women Breast Friends v Nice n Kneesy – Challenge Cup
• Women Over 70’s – Challenge Cup (new this year)

Nominations are now open for the following categories. If eligible you may nominate for more than one category.

• Hips - must have had a hip replacement.
• Knees - must have had a full or partial knee replacement.
• Cancers - must be a cancer survivor.
• Hearts - must have had some form of heart surgery.
• Over 80's - must have been born in 1945 or earlier
