Wenty Leagues Squash Club has arranged an Inter-Club Challenge with our neighbours and rivals the Titans from Toongabbie Leisure Centre on Saturday 16th November between 2.00PM & 5.00PM at Northmead Squash Club. 

Objective: Promote the game of squash, build a rapport and socialise amongst ‘like-minded’ squashies and widen the squash network.

Proposed Teams: Both clubs will present highly competitive squads. The selection will be based on the SportyHQ rating as of 08/11/2024, with the top 18 players who register for the event being selected. If we have any additional interested players, they will be on standby as reserves if required.

Format: There will be 6 Divisions. Each division will have 3 players.

Winners: The Winner of the Inter Club Challenge is the Club that wins the most Divisions. To determine the winner of the Division, we shall use the scoring system in West District Pennant for 3-person team: 1 point per game. If the games are equal, then the team with the most points wins. If points are equal, the winner is the team that’s won the most matches in the Division.

If Divisions are locked at 3-3, then the Club with most matches wins. If equal, then the Club that’s won the most games wins. If that’s equal, the Club with most points wins.

Match Schedule: All Divisions 1 to 6 will commence at 2.00PM and will be completed by 4.15PM. The schedule will be sent out to all players after registrations have closed on 08/11/2024 at 5.00PM.

Presentation and Celebration: 4.15PM – 5.00PM. WLSC will be providing food & drinks on the day and registration is FREE for ALL members, both current and former playing members.
