Wellington Little Athletics Centre has been running in Wellington for more than 30 years. 

Wellington is located on the Central Western Slopes of New South Wales, Australia, located at the junction of the Macquarie and Bell Rivers, on Wiradjuri country.  Our town is 362 kilometres northwest of Sydney on the Mitchell Highway, 100km from Orange and 50 km southeast of Dubbo.

Our season typically runs from the beginning of September through to December, with 12 weeks of centre competition nights scheduled each season.  We finish off our season with our Christmas Party and Annual Fly Championship at the end of our 12 weeks of competition.

Centre competition sessions are held on Monday nights at Rygate Park, Wellington, starting at 5pm prior to the start of daylight savings, moving to 5:30pm once daylight savings begins.
