The Warwick Hockey association would like to call a special meeting on Sunday 5 November 2023 at 3pm to be held at the clubhouse.
 This meeting has been called as a result of the AGM held on the 15th October. There was limited nominations to fill board positions and those nominations provide and those individuals willing to volunteer to fulfil board member roles were inhibited due to the constitution.
The special meeting will be held to cast votes to make amendments to the constitution on the following 
- Board membership and tenure
- Meeting quorum 

To vote you must be a senior finical member and must attend on the day. For those non financial seniors wishing to cast a vote a $2 Warwick Hockey Membership needs to be paid prior to the special meeting

The AGM will be held following the special meeting - anyone wishing to nominate for one of the vacant positions please complete the attached nomination form and sed to secretary@warwickhockeyassoc.org.au by Friday 3 November. After the original AGM the following positions remain vacant:
