Super6 hockey is played on turf with boarded sides on approximately a half field. Each team has max 5 field players and a goalie playing at any one time.

The side boards keep the ball in play, reduces stoppages and increases player engagement. No hitting and the ball can only be lifted to knee height. Perfect for "new to hockey", juniors and adults looking for a more social competition.
