Learn to sail at Wallaroo Sailing Club

Sail Training is carried out at the club during the sailing season on Sundays from about 9.30 am until 11.30am.

Pacer dinghies are used for ease of rigging, maintenance and they are a quick and simple boat to sail. We currently run 5 boats and coach from an inflatable powered craft.

Training cost vary but in general it is $10  a week per child plus a junior membership if applicable (dependent on age of child) , is taught by a  SA qualified sailing instructor and PFDs are supplied. Children and adults who are competent swimmers are welcome.

On some weekends, sail training may be cancalled due to inclement weather or running special events such as state titles.
