Our 2022 AGM will be held on Tuesday 7 June 2022 at the Walkerville Sports Club and on Zoom starting at 6:30pm.

It is important that as many members as possible attend the AGM so that a quorum is achieved, and we can therefore officially undertake the required business for the club. 

Please Note: Those eligible to vote at the AGM are restricted to current members of the Walkerville Softball Club for the 2021-22 Season. This includes players, officials, members of committees of the club, those with supporter membership and life members. If you fall into these classes of membership and you are required to pay club fees, these must be fully paid to have an eligible vote. 

It would be appreciated if you could RSVP to ensure we have enough chairs for the meeting. Please RSVP if you are attending via Zoom so that meeting documents and the Zoom link can be sent to you via email.

Finally, as all official positions will be declared vacant at the AGM, we are now accepting nominations to fill those positions on the committee for the 2022/23 season. Remember, there is no better way to support the club than to be involved so don't be afraid to put your hand up. Please email walkerville@softballsa.com.au to lodge your nomination.
