Great Barrier Reef - SS Kalinda
Event information
This is a private charter liveaboard trip leaving Townsville for a 5 day / 5 night tour of the Great Barrier Reef including SS Yongala and MOUA. The trip will commence 7-June and return on 12-June 2022 open to VSAG (Vic Sub Aqua Club) and BSAG (British Sub Aqua Group).

The cost per person is around $1,800 covering 5D/5N onboard accommodation, food, soft drinks, dive gas, tanks and catering excluding return air fares to Townsville. The MV Kalinda will return back to Townsville in the afternoon of 12/6/22. You will need to allow for a 24h stay in Townsville before flying out. We will try to arrange a visit to the Australian Institute of Marine Science before departing to the airport on 13/6/22, if it has reopened post-COVID.

We have 10 divers confirmed to participate. EOIs will close by mid April or when fully booked.
The accommodation (see attached accommodation layout) is:
- 4 private twin share rooms suitable for couples and friends who want some privacy
- 4 x share group space (female occupancy)
- 4 x share group space (male occupancy)
