Hi All Members,

 

You are hereby invited to the 2023/24 Vic Park Squash Annual General Meeting on Saturday 24th of February 2024. This will be held at 12:00pm at the Leisurelife Centre in Meeting Room One(The Boardroom). A complimentary light lunch will be provided.

 

Once the meeting is adjourned, we invite you to head on over to the Boston Brewing Co in Vic Park, less than a 5 minute walk from the Leisure Life Centre for a drink and small social gathering.

 

For a full outline of the AGM details, please refer to the official Notice of AGM and Agenda. An annual report will also be circulated prior to the AGM.

 

We hope to see as many members there as possible, as it's crucial we meet minimum numbers ("quorum") in order to ensure the club can continue to run for the coming year.

 

Help show your support for the club so please come along and potentially get involved for 2024 or just have your voice heard. It helps the club out greatly just to have the attendance!!
