Peter is an experienced Level 3 National Coach that has coached WA State Teams for many years and runs the Greenwood College's Volleyball Specialist Program. 

Course Information:

The course will cover:

• Passing, setting, blocking, spiking and serving
• Coaching skills
• Gameplay
• New Drills

To attend the Volleyball Australia Level 2 Associate Face to Face Coaching Course, you must complete the following prior to registering:

Please note, your registration will be rejected if the following is not completed and you will not be able to attend the course.

1. Be a current member of your State or Territory Volleyball Association. 

2. Be an accredited Volleyball Australia Level 1 Coach.

3. Completed the Australia Sport Commission Community Coaching - Essential Skills Course and attain the Certificate of Completion.

(This will be accessed by clicking on the 'Volleyball Learning Centre' button on your 'Account' Tab)

4. Completed the following "Play By The Rules" and "Sport Integrity Australia" modules and attain the Certificates of Completion:    

       - PBTR- Harassment and Discrimination
       -  Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport Induction  (For 18 year olds and over only)

You will gain the Volleyball Australia Level 2 "Associate" Coach Accreditation after attending the face-to-face course.

You will then need to complete the following steps to upgrade to a Level 2 "State" Coach Accreditation:

1. Undertake a Training Session and Match Day assessment by a Level 3 Coach. 

or

Obtain an endorsment letter from a Level 3 Coach and your State Volleyball Associaton.

2. Return to the Accreditation portal to upload all the required documents to apply for your Volleyball Australia Level 2 State Coach Accreditation application.
