Coaching and regatta support at the Victorian State Championships at Blairgowrie will be provided by Mark Bulka and Hugo Kennedy for both days of racing. Mark is very familiar with the tricky conditions off Blairgowrie, and will no doubt have some great insights after winning the Victorian Contender Championships at the same venue with a net score of 5 earlier this year.
