JUNIOR SQUAD

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday (Morning):  6.00am - 7.00am
  • Monday to Friday (Afternoon):     4.00pm - 5:00pm
  • Saturday (Morning): 9.00am - 10.00am

INTERMEDIATE SQUAD

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday (Morning): 5:30am - 7:00am
  • Monday to Friday (Afternoon): 4:45pm - 6:30pm
  • Saturday (Morning): Gym 7:00am - 7:50am, Swim 8:00am - 9:00am

SENIOR SQUAD

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday (Morning): 5:30am - 7:00am
  • Monday (Afternoon): 4:45pm - 6:40pm
  • Tuesdy to Friday (Afternoon): 4:45pm - 6:45pm
  • Saturday (Morning): Gym 7:00am - 7:50am, Swim 8:00am - 9:00am

SWIMFIT

  • Up to 3 Intermediate or Senior sessions per week
