JUNIOR SQUAD
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday (Morning): 6.00am - 7.00am
- Monday to Friday (Afternoon): 4.00pm - 5:00pm
- Saturday (Morning): 9.00am - 10.00am
INTERMEDIATE SQUAD
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday (Morning): 5:30am - 7:00am
- Monday to Friday (Afternoon): 4:45pm - 6:30pm
- Saturday (Morning): Gym 7:00am - 7:50am, Swim 8:00am - 9:00am
SENIOR SQUAD
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday (Morning): 5:30am - 7:00am
- Monday (Afternoon): 4:45pm - 6:40pm
- Tuesdy to Friday (Afternoon): 4:45pm - 6:45pm
- Saturday (Morning): Gym 7:00am - 7:50am, Swim 8:00am - 9:00am
SWIMFIT
- Up to 3 Intermediate or Senior sessions per week
