Over 30 and want to try a new fitness class that combines cardio and strength training in a self-paced and supportive environment?
UWA Boat Club is offering a 6 week indoor rowing program that incorporates fundamental rowing movement and bodyweight exercises into a low-impact total body workout that is adaptable for any fitness level!
Overlooking the scenic Matilda Bay, the UWA Boat Shed is undoubtedly the best location for your next fitness venture!
Our experienced and enthusiastic coaches will support you through the 60 minute sessions that will run every Sunday morning 9:00am-10:00am starting on the 12th June to 17th July. The 6 week program will cost $90 pp.
Wear comfy exercise clothes and runners and bring your water bottle and good vibes!
Our program is part of the Rowing Australia GRow Program that aims to expand the benefits of rowing to the greater community. More information about the program can be found in the flyer below.
