What are you doing on Saturday 16th?  Tides are conducive to a morning dive at La Balsa Park.

The vis hasn't been great of late (2-3 meters), but the water is a nice temperature, and as they say, "The more there is, the less you see", so hopefully there will be lots of nudi's and other macro critters to find.

Although COVID regulations say that the club can't serve food, I will be bringing a sausage sizzle and some softdrinks, so if you, my diving friends, would like to join me, please bring $10 to enjoy a sausage, a drink and chat with your diving friends.

Details:

High Tide: 10:53am

Arrive: 09:30am

Diving any time you're ready, but approx 10:00am.

Dive for as long as you like, or for as long as you have air in your tank.  Because it's a shallow dive, max 6 meters, dive times can be as long as 1 1/2 - 2 hours (or longer if you have gills).

Bring:

* All your own dive gear, including tanks & weights. (Tanks are available for hire at the club: $20 deposit, and $10 donation to cover tank hire.  $20 refunded on return of the tank.  See Tank Hire Procedure doc on the club website)

* Chair/picnic if you're staying for the sausage sizzle

* $10 for the sausage sizzle
