Sulawesi Dive Trip 2017

To All concerned there has been changes to the Sulawesi Dive trip due to being informed that the original dates were already booked out. 

At present we have a list in the dive club and now the updated version on revolutionise. If you are interested you will need to contact myself via mobile or email ( Information under the Terms Of Registration/ Event Waiver Section). As numbers are limtied from 8 and up to a maximum of 12 persons. I will then give you a number and you can then register on line at revoultionise or at the club with your number. This will allow a first in first basis. At present I have a confirmation of 5 people including myself and Marja who replied from the last email to be added automatically when updating.

Sulawesi Dive Trip 2017

To all concerned:

Marja and I are looking to organise a diving trip to Bunaken, Sulawesi from 

Friday 13th October to Sunday 22nd October.

This trip is based on 8 to a maximum of 12 divers due to availability and organising of flights.  So it will be based on a first in basis. If you can't make it for some reason it is up to those concerned to refill the spot and re-organise changes to flights etc.  

 

Please NOTE: we require confirmation of numbers by the 10th May.  As  I have managed to put a hold on flight and accomodation/diving.

 

The trip is based on a total of 3 dives per day (17 in total due to return flight) and if one does not do a dive you may not be entitled to a refund for those missed dives.

Non divers are also welcomed but remember it is a small tropical island with a village and it is more about relaxing than shopping.

Pricing is also based on equal share for the amount of divers and equal share for non divers.

Approx $1070 for flights 

Approx $1300 for diving 

Trying to keep it within the budget of $2500 per person diving.

At present I have tentatively booked flights for this trip and below is the approx costings from Two fish for divers based on 8 or more divers. Once I have the exact numbers a more precise amount will be forwarded to those concerned, divers and non divers.

From Two Fish Divers:

I have made temporary booking for you in Bunaken, check-in 14 Oct and check-out 21 Oct 2017:

- 2 x Standard ROOM. Has 1 double bed and 1 single bed inside. Fit for double or twin-shared. (4 pax)

- 2 x Standard COTTAGE with twin bed (4 pax)

- 2 x Standard COTTAGE with double bed. (4 pax)

* 7nts in Standard Cottage, Dbl/Twin-shared, Full board

* 3 day-dive per day over 5 days (Dive at 8am, 11am, 2.30pm) and 2 morning dives per day over 1 day (Dive at 8am, 11am), TOTAL 17 Dives

Dive Package 7N6D for 1 pax = FOC

* 7nts in Standard Cottage, Dbl/Twin-shared, Full board

* 3 day-dive per day over 5 days (Dive at 8am, 11am, 2.30pm) and 2 morning dives per day over 1 day (Dive at 8am, 11am), TOTAL 17 Dives

 

Airport & Resort Transfer for 12 pax @ Rp700,000pp = Rp8,400,000

(Airport - Bunaken - Airport) - on Regular hours transfers

TOTAL = Rp145,900,000

Exchange rate of today: 1AUD - 10,000  Indonesian rupiah

$14,590 divide by 12=

 $1216 each plus $15 for national park entrance fee.

 

STILL EXCLUDES ABOVE (EXTRAS TO PAY WHEN HERE):

* Bunaken entrance fee Rp150,000pp/stay (Not per day)

Let me know what you think. For making a reservation we would require a deposit of €100 per person to hold places. You can either pay by bank transfer to our bank in Indonesia or via PayPal. The €100 amount will be converted to IDR using the rate on the day that we receive your deposit, and the IDR amount will be used as your deposit.

For flight payments I will receive the total amount from the travel agent and payment will be required in full within 7 days of confirmation from the numbers of participants.
