Hey Everyone,

You are invited to our April General Meeting next Wednesday 6th April at the Club House. Join us anytime after 7pm for a chat. Sausages will be ready at 7:30pm and the Meeting will begin at 8pm.

As part of the Presidents Report, I will mention the Committees Plan to ask members to have their say & vote on the topic of weather a members vaccination status should affect their membership with URGQ. We will not be making a decision at the General Meeting. All members will have a chance to vote via an event on Revolutionise that will be emailed out after the General Meeting.

Anton will be cooking up sausages and we'll be raffling off 1 bottle of wine & some tank mesh (thanks Kerry & Alan).

Sausages will be available for $4 and come with a free raffle ticket! 

Additional raffle tickets may be purchased for $1 per ticket. If you can't make the meeting, you are welcome to transfer some money to buy some raffle tickets. Make sure you send us an email letting us know how many tickets you want. 
 

Make sure you let us know if you plan to grab something to eat so that we can cater appropriately.

 

We are always on the hunt for raffle prizes. Do you have anything that you would like to donate so we can raffle it off at the next General Meeting?
