If you love camping and diving around the Southern Great Barrier Reef, with good diving buddies, this trip is a no-brainer.

Itinerary is as follows:

Wednesday 27/4/22

5:45pm: Arrive/Load @ Curtis Island Ferries, Gladstone

8:45pm: Depart Gladstone: (overnight on the barge)

Thursday 28/4/22

5:45am:  Arrive Musgrave:

Set up camp, go diving, have fun!

Load Musgrave: Friday 13/5/22 5:30pm.

Depart Musgrave: 7:30pm (overnight on the barge)

Arrive Gladstone:  4:30am Saturday 14/5/22.

Having learned from previous experience, I have booked the whole island (40 camp sites) from the day before we arrive (ie 27/4) to the day after we depart (14/5), so we will have not problem accessing campsites, and we will have the whole barge.

Details: You will need to bring your own everything for 18+ days (bringing a little extra ‘just in case’).  Tents/tarps, food & drinks, power, all dive gear including tanks & weights.  (Speak to previous attendees if you have questions.)

Costs: 

Barge/Water/Camping:  max $875 (based on 25 people)**

**The more people we get, the cheaper the cost.. ie: if we get over 30 people the cost should be reduced TBA

Unlimited Diving/Boat/Tank Fills:   $225
