About – Renee Briffa

Athletics has been my passion since I joined Little Athletics at age 5 and competed at state and national levels as a junior.

I still compete in Master’s and Opens competitions, specialising in the 100m, 200m and 400m sprint events and enjoy the management of competition pressures and performance on race days.

I am a mother of two children and have been very involved in competitive kids’ sport for many years.

My specialty areas are speed development, speed endurance, programming, optimal technique and the technical aspects of sprinting. I also place strong emphasis on building a positive, inclusive community for my training groups.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to discuss your training needs and goals.
