The course will run for 3 weeks.

Eligible participants will need to be Senior Green belt and above.

Instructors will be John Buckley 6^th Dan, Rob Maurency 5^th Dan and Ivica Pavlinic 3rd Dan

This course will run you through the 5 sets of the Nage No Kata which will help prepare you for grading to Blue belt, Brown Belt and Sho Dan Black belt.

All participants are expected to have reviewed the Kodokan Nage-No-Kata Instruction Video (click here) prior to attending this Course.
