The 2019 Term 1 Skills Program will be running from Thursday 14th February from 5pm to 6pm at the Lyneham Hockey Centre and we will be delivering the following three sessions for the duration of Term 1.

1. Hin2H – this program caters for our younger club members with a focus on fun and skills development.
2. Pre-season training – this program caters for our intermediate and senior players. These sessions will combine fitness training and advanced skill workshops to prepare you for the upcoming winter season.
3. Goalie training – this program caters for those who are keen to experience what it is like to be a goalie and for our regular season goalies who are looking to start the 2019 winter season with a bang.

In addition to their normal protective equipment (shinpads/mouthguard), please ensure your child has sunscreen applied, a suitable hat and a water bottle.
