The club is hosting a start-of-trimester meet-and-greet and EGM on Wednesday 25/9 at 6:30pm at Colombo LG01 on campus. We will:

(1) Discuss the cool stuff the club has done this year and what to expect from us this trimester and over summer

(2) Vote in a new Vice President (information below for those who might be interested in the role!)

(3) Enoy some free pizza while we have a few laughs with our fellow members. if you are looking for a dive buddy as we head into spring and summer, this is a great chance to meet people to dive with!

 

The Vice President Position:

Our vice president is moving on to other things and we are looking for a replacement!! Have you been loving the club more and more and been thinking about getting involved? Here’s what the VP position involves: assists and supports the President in all her roles and works concurrently to ensure the responsibilities of the roles are met. Knowledge of how the club runs and what needs to be done is helpful, however under a leading hand the VP may just be an enthusiastic member who is keen to get involved. Good communications skills, the ability to delegate and enthusiasm for the running of the club are the essentials for this position.
